As Wrestlemania season gets into full swing, WWE has announced the second inductee to this year’s Hall of Fame.
Joining Kurt Angle in the class of 2017, will be the team of Ricky Morton and Robert Gibson better known as the Rock ‘n’ Roll Express.
The duo rose to prominence wrestling for NWA during the early 80’s having feuds with the likes of The Midnight Express and The Four Horsemen.
The duo are still active on the independent scene despite being near 40 year veterans of the squared circle and most recently appeared on mainstream television wrestling the Hardy’s during Total Nonstop Deletion.
The Hall of Fame ceremony is the kick-off to Wrestlemania weekend and as fans count down the weeks to sports entertainments big show, more members of this year’s class are set to be announce.
