Landscapes stream ‘Modern Earth’

Somerset melodic-hardcore outfit Landscapes have put their new record ‘Modern Earth’ up to stream ahead of its official release on April 8.

The album is the long awaited follow-up to the critically acclaimed ‘Life gone Wrong.’

Despite the four year gap between the two records, ‘Modern Earth’ acts as a continuation of its predecessor and still features those emotionally raw vocals of frontman Shaun Milton.

In a recent interview with Metal Hammer magazine Milton said: ‘If Life Gone Wrong‘s concept was about being in that moment as it all falls around you, Modern Earth is a continuation of that story, an expansion explaining the disease of the mind, sculpting, adjusting and accepting those circumstances as it suffocates you powerless.’

The five-piece will be heading out to Europe with Capsize and Giants in May to promote the new record.
